Guilherme Ribeiro

Guilherme Ribeiro is the Founder and President of Icon Equity LLC and Valore Real Estate, bringing more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business management, and capital allocation.

Originally from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Guilherme moved to Florida in 2015, where he began his U.S. real estate investment journey. He holds a Business degree with a specialization in Financial Management and built his leadership foundation within his family’s diversified enterprise, which operated across heavy construction, cemeteries, traffic management, biofuel production, and real estate development. The group employed more than 3,000 people and generated over $100 million in annual revenue.

Throughout his career, Guilherme has served in executive and governance roles including CEO, CFO, Board Member, and Chairman, developing a disciplined, values-driven approach to long-term asset stewardship and strategic growth.

Today, he focuses on building and operating real estate investment platforms in the United States, with an emphasis on disciplined underwriting, operational excellence, and capital preservation.

Family, integrity, and the responsibility of building and protecting long-term legacies are central to Guilherme’s mission. He is a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) and is actively involved in community initiatives, philanthropy, and family life alongside his wife and their two children.
